 Session 17:played 9 oktober 2005@Seth's?GameLocation: near the red 1 on the map. GameDate: night of day 14 - ? PeoplePresent: Ronny, Seth, Stefan & Tom The goblins downstairs were hauling away bags of silver. Stefan surprised them at the foot of the stairs, but they quickly recoverd (3 to 1) and drove him back up. We came to a stall-mate when another 2 goblins set up downstairs with loaded crossbows. Most of us had gathered at the top of the stairs by now, and the the mage tried to cast a boosted fireball at the 5 goblins who were so cuddled up downstairs. But at the moment of casting he had to stick his head out, and was seriously hit. By this time Stefan jumped out of a first floor window, freeded up the dwarf fighter in the garden who was fighting in the garden. The two of them surprised the camping orcs (- that were at the bottom of the stairs) by the front door. However, after some bad luck (fumbles by us, good rolls by the goblins), it didn't look good. The voice that had been commanding the goblins from the next room on the ground floor belonged to our 'resistance leader': he commanded the goblins, and he knew how to throw daggers. Stefan went out (hits <0), and Seth & the dwarven fighter had to keep the remaning goblins at bay. We discoverd that they had come in through a hatch in the floor of the living room at the ground floor, and were escaping that way too. However, they only had a little silver. When the tables turned in our favour, our 'resistance leader' disengaged and sprinted out the front door. We followed him, but he succeded in climbing on the shed and jumping over the wall. Our mage ran out of the gate, but by then the 'resistance leader' was allready some distance away, running towards the forrest. In the mean time, the two remaining goblins in the living room had surrendered to Seth. We still have one horse in the stable... - written by Tom
